A Trust is an agreement whereby you charge an individual––the Trustee–– with carrying out certain instructions to the benefit of a third party. These instructions may involve all sorts of assets, such as movable and immovable property, money, or tangible and/or intangible rights.
Trusts do not operate on the basis of pre elaborated agreements, which means that each one responds to a particular negotiation and/or to the needs of each particular client. Therefore, each trust is custom made and charged separately.
